Elvis is technically my daughter's dog...she's 11`we've had him almost a year now...he, like I said in another thread, isn't much of a dog

, she loves to hold him and brush him and just enjoy him, it's hard, you really have to match the personality of the dog with the child-but in general I'd never get a dog just for a child...
our Miniature Scnauzer is technically supposed to be my 6 year old son's dog but she's really more so Dad's dog now and my son took over my rescue after his behavior adjusted...the personalities all matched up..and in reality they're all my dogs!
Zoey is beautiful! Would love to see a pic of her with your daughter after they get adjusted! Here's my daughter and Elvis and my son and Scoobers they're personalities are perfectly fitted-we got lucky
