Congratulations on your new puppy and your Nekko. My 2-year old boy Maximo is like Nekko. In his mind, it is all about him. I brought home my second Yorkie, Teddy, at 8 months old. Max liked his new brother instantly, but we still had to work through some jealousy issues.
As others have pointed out, you should do everything for Nekko first. Let him know that he is still your special boy.
What kind of unusual behavior have you noted from Nekko?
