Teppi & I are new to YT so I'm just now reading about little Lily. Like 1 peson replied, Giardia is very contagious. I was a nurse for 26 years & we use to send all stool samples for 5 different tests & Giardia was 1 of them. PLEASE do as they suggested & disinfect EVERYTHING. I would hate for you or anyone in your family to get sick. The breeder should be hung! I know you don't want to think about this right now but you need to get proof on paper if there were ever any stool samples sent before you got Lily. If they weren't sent, the breeder would be sorry he ever met me. That's just wrong! It's wrong to put a tiny baby thru that. You did everything you should have done by acting as quick as you did & getting her to a vet. So please don't beat yourself up about it. Little Lily isn't sick anymore. She's happy & running free. I so hope your pain eases soon. I'll be thinking & wishing the best for you. RIP sweet little Lily. You know your Mommy loved you. |
