If you think he is ill, make an appointment and take him in. Ask for an appointment today if you are that concerned! What you can do is check his gums to see if he is dehyrdrating....they should be wet to touch. If they feel sticky or tacky to touch, then he needs fluids.
If it is worms you are concerned about, that to me is not worth another appt. I would just take the fecal sample in.
