Lepto IS common in some areas. Your vet may be right. If so, then the vaccine should be given. I suggest you ask around and also read about Lepto...you would not want your pup to contract it.

Also, the fact that a dog has some discomfort does not necessarily have to do with the amount of vaccines given. The EC actually was correct imo. The vet was not taking advantage of you....just doing what many vets do.

For many, many years dogs were given these vaccines at the same time. It is only in recent years that they are now splitting them up. Some still do it. Vomiiting and having some discomfort is not all that uncommon and honestly is not a severe "reaction" to the vaccine.
