I did this same thing with Scooter. When I fist got him I took him to the vet the very next day and he had kennel cough. The vet put him on liquid antibiotics and I think it went down the wrong pipe because he did the same thing your baby is doing. I called the vet and she said just to watch him and see how he acted for the next couple of hours. He was fine but it did scare me to death. If your puppy does not stop I would get it to a vet right away.
