I agree, Sounds like allergies. If you have benadryl I would try a half of a pill. But it depends on the size. I give my Romie 1 pill and Sadie uses 1/2 a pill. Sadie is 3.5 lbs and romie is 15 lbs. If that stops the itching then that is the problem.
