That's so sad. I'm in KY and I've heard all kinds of horror stories from horrible breeders. I usually just read the posts here but had to post on this. It's so tempting to buy the babies from the breeder just to save them.
But, all you do is spur the breeders on to breed more and more. Such a sad cycle.
