My yorkie has been licking the tops of his feet a lot. I don't see any sign of a rash anywhere on his body, but his feet look like he dipped them in his water dish. If he gets distracted by a toy or the cat he will stop licking, but as soon as he lays down he starts licking again. Any ideas or suggestions?
