Her behavior is normal. It is not necessarily her being tired but more of a reaction to her heat cycle. It is not uncommon for them to acted moody and depressed, especially at the beginning of the heat cycle. She is now approaching the time where she will be very receptive to males so make sure over the next two weeks you keep her away from male dogs. Heat cycles do change the personality of the females. This can last of to 60 days, more or less. She may also experience a false pregnancy. Ideally it would be best to have her spay in about 3-4 months, before here next heat cycle, then you won't have to deal with these mood swings.
