Roxie likes to walk around for a while before she is "moved" (so to speak) to go poo. It takes her FOREVER sometimes. It is freezing outside, as we're awaiting a big blizzard, and it took her 20 minutes just now to finally go. I was a popsicle!

Is there any way to get her to do her business quicker? We went through this last year and it was miserable...especially in the really cold or snowy weather.
