This is so heartbeaking...I am sooo very sorry.
It is a perfect learning experince for breeders and new pet owners...never buy a tiny puppy so young and without a vet record of an examination for parasites and proper vaccines etc...these are the things that make me want to wring breeders necks. I, certainly hope your breeder will make good on this puppy ..it is 100% the breeders fault. |
