I totally agree with Megansmomma about the Vet Dermatologist. I had a similiar thing happen to Piccolo about 3 years ago and it turned out to be something my regular vet could not diagnosis. (It ended up that she had Cutaneous Vasculitis and it did show up as black dots along her spine, along with other symptoms.) Whatever your pup has, the Vet Dermatologist can do skin scrapings and skin biopsies and get a pretty quick diagnosis. Hope you find out something quickly and please give us an update. |
