Please consider having your little girl spayed. She will be much healthier and you will not have to worry about certain cancers that could develop. Once she is spayed you will no longer have to worry about her going into heat. I really don't know how to answer your questions regarding her being tired or sleeping longer while in heat as my female is spayed.
