Ashy poops are not a bad thing, in my book! I've often read that the benefits of feeding raw are that the poop turns to 'ash' like stuff in a few days, therefore you don't have to necessarily pick up poop as it goes away by itself pretty easily. But Jackson's poops don't turn to ash but they are tiny and hard (but we only feed pre-made raw a few times a week). I wouldn't say there's anything wrong with ashy poops unless it's causing pain for them.

Now! and Go! are wonderful foods. I've fed Go! Endurance with great results and often incorporate into our rotation of Orijen and Acana! They are also a small Canadian company (like Champion) and I really like their company and the products behind them.
