I weighed my weekly early on (using a postal scale, so very accurate), just to make sure she was progressing. In one week she went from 38 oz to 50 oz. That's 3/4 of a pound in one week -- an increase of 31.5% in one week. Phenomenal! I brought it up with my vet (showed him my spreadsheet on the weekly weigh-ins, how geeky is that), and he just chuckled, shook his head, and said how incredible it was. There were a couple of other weeks where she had growth spurts in the double digit range in just one week, and this was all while she was getting her vaccinations at the vet, so the weigh-in results were verified by the vet.

I would say that what you are seeing is just a growth spurt, very normal and just an indication that your pup is thriving! Kudos to you, you are obviously doing a great job in giving her what she needs.
