I think my dog may be having a false pregnancy because she has started to develop breasts. I read that a dog will only develop that if they are pregnant or having a false pregnancy. I know she is not pregnant b/c she is under hawk-like supervision by us. Is this something that I should take her to the vet for? I'm scared it might be cancer or something. I also wanted to ask what UTI symptoms look like. I know it might include straining, pain, and stuff like that but she doesn't seem to be having those problems BUT I'm concerned she might have one b/c she had been licking herself down there ALOT when it swelled up a couple of weeks ago and got bacteria in there. Her little girl part (vulva) is no longer swollen but I don't know if she is still in heat or not. I would appreciate some advice. I've never had a female dog before and they seem to be a little more difficult than boys in that department lol.
