My first guess would be Morkie with his tail undocked. He looks like some of the puppies of the litter my Belle came from. Second would be the Yorkie/Shih tzu mix. You can get DNA kits at Petco and test him yourself. Not sure if there is a gene for cuteness or not but he sure has that!
