I'm sorry you are having health issues with your baby. I don't have any experience with bladder stones or pancreatitis or medications related to them. I wonder if the injections would be a steroid, which would help but it has long-term health risks, so it needs to be weighed heavily how much it would help quality of life for your pup. My Ashley passed away in June just a month shy of seventeen. She had arthritis, but it wasn't bad, and she took deramaxx when necessary. I think the fact that she walked a couple of miles a day up until a couple of days before she died really helped her a lot. I also think the glucosamine supplements would be a great idea. Of course, you would need to check with your vet about all of this to see how it would affect your baby, particularly because of the other medications and health issues. I'm sorry I can't be of more help, and I really hope your little boy improves. You both will be in my thoughts and prayers.
