This is the same basic recipe that was posted here earlier this year. This is the version that I used with good results: 1 cup Hydrogen Peroxide
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 drop liquid hand soap

That will work for just in case in the future. I used a gallon of the mixed water and vinegar, a very large box of baking soda, and about five cups of the peroxide and dish liquid mix. It was a two day process because it was about 3-4 square feet of pee. But it is all gone now!
