Levi hates potty pads, so we go outside even when it is COLD. He will use the pads in an emergency if he is alone at my house, but if I am there he whines and whines by the door to go potty. If it is super cold, I just bundle him up in a sweater and a coat and out we go. The cold seems to bother me much more than it bothers him! It's been in the low 30s and he still wants to run and play outside.
