Live in Chicago and 30 is considered a warm day! Carlo and Maxine like to lay out in the sun on those days. We just bundle her up in a sweater and Coat, she goes out with one of us, and never had a problem in almost 14 years. They are resilant little dogs. Just got to make sure her paws do not freeze in place. In the high 20's now with plenty of snow and Ice on the ground! Lovely day! Guess it could be worse, could be living in Canada or Greenland!
