My parents werent really pleased when I got a dog- however; since I live alone, pay the bills, etc. I didn't think their opinion should hold me back- it really only took them meeting Armani and holding him once and now he is their granddog- they love him; complain if they dont get to see him enough- dont want to give him back after they babysit, etc. I think once your family meets Aiko- they will love him, he won't be the family reject!
