You call him your dog and love him to bits. I bet he's a doll. I hope you post pictures soon.
As for telling what he's mixed with, that's part of the problem with mixes; you really can't tell for sure by looking at them. They can look look like either parent or something totally new. So the groomer might say one thing, the vet another and the person in line next to you at Petsmart may come up with something else all together.
