you've already been given some great advise. Mardelin just about said everything i would say. for the biting it's so super hard when you get them too young because there is no "dog" to teach them biting is not nice so you have ur work cut out for you. i taught Sadie NO BITE by squirting her in the muzzle with a stream of water when she kept biting me. then i would say no bite. i also stopped playing with her when she kept biting me, i'd say OUCH and walk away/get up/ put her on the floor away from me. it wasn't until she was over a year old and had a brother to play with that she really learned that no one likes biting. she still plays rough but she knows that making her brother yelp makes her sit in time out and that's not fun and she will touch my hands with her teeth but will not ever close her teeth on my hand just barely touches me. she's sooo much better but like i said brother taught her better than i could. i have held her muzzel closed for a very very brief amount of time and said NO BITE. i do this lovingly and not mean. i don't grab her hard and i don't squeeze i just barely hold her closed and say no bite and let go. i don't think it's the best way to do this though because i do prefer to train without physical discipline, but my dad told me to do this at first and i did use it a few times, i really think that her brother helped much more than any method i had tried and i wouldn't go back and do the holding muzzle method again because it's not the type of training i prefer to use since i've reasearched positive training and think it's a better method.
oh and table food not a good idea, the more you give in the more she'll whine/beg. if you'd never started that with her you wouldn't have to break the habits now, but break it you must because table food isn't for dogs. there are lots of human foods i'll give my dogs, but usually my plate has too many spices, sugars, fats, and other junk on it that dogs can't eat. i will share apples, carrots, and such with them as treats/snacks, but not off my plate.
