Amazon needs to take some responsibility here. It disgusted me when Amazon was approached by CNN and other tv news stations, their initial response was to leave the book available for purchase. It was not until there was a huge public outcry did they remove the book. Obviously, Amazon is not about doing the right thing until it hits their bank account.
This guy does need to rot on that island Ann mentioned, along with those at Amazon that made the initial decision to not remove the book.
