I'm ashamed to say probably about 30 beds.
All in different sizes, shapes and colors. We have dog beds in every room except the bathroom. We have some in the laundry room and we rotate them so they aren't all used at once. I'm somewhat of a dog bed aholic. If I see a cute bed for a good price I can't resist. I've been doing better though, I haven't bought a bed for a few months now!! Although since I have been trying to resist buying any more I've been making them those no sew beds instead.
