Get enzymatic cleaner.. like Oxy Orange. Most pet stores sell some sort of enzymatic cleaner.
To break marking and or urinating in the house, is very time consuming. But you can tether him to you, ie; put leash on his harness and he goes where you go. This is so you can "catch" him in the act, and correct immediately. When you can't do this, he is either in his xpen or playpen, or crate.
