i think she was making a statement not that parti's are not considered the rare off coloring of the breed that does happen, but that over time a mix that looks like one or the other of a breed can be registered as a breed and bred as say a yorkie even though there is maltese lines in it and then all of a sudden the offspring down the road have white in them and it wasn't a parti yorkie it was actually a maltese bloodline coming back through
