I like the bread bowl idea, but a thicker higher quality bread usually works best (and with such uber S&A dip you don't want to ruin it with sub-par bread
). Your best bet is probably to buy a loaf from a bakery of some sort and cube it. White based breads (such as panini or italian) are probably the best choice grain wise.
