If from products, usually due to not rinsing well enough. You do have to rinse them about 3 more times after you think they are done.
But dry skin, especially in the winter when the heat is on and taking all the moisture out of our air, is common. You might consider a little fish oil or coconut oil/chips in the diet or since you like Espree products (I love them too) try their Luxury Remoisturizer! A great product!
