Oh also, that piccie looks more like, maybe, an injury to me, from the groomer perhaps (?) - than like how most pyodermas appear. Nonetheless, it could still be pyoderma, but I'm very surprised there is only one spot, rather than seeing some splotchiness that is generalized, and then maybe a few areas that are more advanced.
