Is she itching too, or does she only have flaky skin? If she is itching, where is she itching?

Is there Vitamin E included in that oil? To help process the fatty acids, it's recommended that 10 IU Vit E is given when giving fish oils. Some fish oils (like Ark Naturals Royal Coat) has the 10 IU already in it; otherwise, you could give it via a Vit E gel cap.
