That's good food so I doubt that is it. Have you seen an internal medicine specialist or were the results just sent to him? I'd follow up with a specialist. Mocha is so young, I'd want to rule out something congenital.
A specialist may want to put him on a prescription kidney diet depending on his findings, but I wouldn't change food now.
