I have attached a picture of a harness that's what i used to get the "shape and size" to guide me, cut it out on a piece of newspaper and used that to make the tops, for the skirt i just cut strips of material, pleated them and sewed them to the tops.
I should have rounded the skirts off at the bottom, but that will be my next experiment lol
