There were some jealousy issues at first, especially between Rhett and Sam. But they growled and postured and wrestled until they worked it out. Now they are good buddies. But I won't lie, the first couple of weeks had me worried that I had made a huge mistake. The fact that Pnut and Dahaliah have already spent a good amount of time together is a good thing.
For awhile, I did have jealousy issues when I would pet Rhett in "Sam's spot", so I decided to save that chair for Sam only and Rhett and I took over another spot. Now, I generally have one dog on either side of me on the couch and another sleeping on my foot. |
Lol its crazy they get jealous!! I would have nevrr thought that, i grew up with cats and we all know how cats are. Yorkies are so different they are like human kids!! Sounds like everything worked out for u. I know in the begining will be hard.. but hopefully everyone will accept eachother!
