Photobucket has a lot of great pictures of Welcome type of messages.
Photobucket | welcome Pictures, welcome Images, welcome Photos I just use the "image code" called the IMG code. You can upload some to an album here and use the BB code and they will post as a picture.

Vintage Fonts Glitter Text Generator from Vintage Antique Classics.com. I wrote "Welcome to YorkieTalk" in different colors, and saved them to an album on Photobucket, but you can also save them to an album on YT. Or just save the "code" they give you when you make it.
You can also personalize various pictures: Here's one I did on Blingee

Others I've done with Paint Shop, here's one picture I just added a Welcome to Yorkietalk message to it.
