There are so many choices, but I'm concerned about getting the best deal. Who isn't right?
Anyway, there are calling cards with a lower rate but they have additional fees. I remember when my mom and dad use to use calling cards to call Mexico, and often times cards would advertise a certain amount of mins for a set price, but they always were given less time to talk due to the hidden fees. Connection fee, weekly usage fee, etc.
Does google voice have any of that?
