Why not take her on a trial basis? That way you could give them a few weeks respit and you would get a chance to see if Delilah and Pnut would get along...and you would work on the house training with both of them. Just because one isn't trained doesn't mean it will be bad on the other one...sometimes the good rubs off too
I know others might not agree but I have not found it any more difficult to house train 2 at a time than it is to train 1.
If it were me I would at least give it a try for a few weeks and see how things worked out.
