Poor Charlie! I'm glad you are taking him to the vet. Hopefully it is something simple like a stomach bug that a few Yorkies here have had recently, including mine. Keep an eye on his gums to make sure they are still wet and pink, not sticky or dry or pale, which would indicate dehydration.
Hope your little guy feels better soon. Let us know what your vet says.
