I know this is kind of a side branch of what you asked for, but think also about what you are feeding them. Food nutrients are essential in keeping healthy skin and coats; like omega 3, complete proteins, and vitamin E.

Definitely want to see some pics as I do not know if I have ever seen a YorkiePoo!
