ok, so my little fur baby just got neutered. He hates the cone around his head. Its like he is disable when he has it on him. He cant do anything when he has it on Eat,Sleep,potty,lay or even walk. He cried all last night when I put it on, so I took it off and put him in the bed with me. Then this morning I caught him licking it, so I put the cone back on. He looks very upset. What should I do??? Any alternative?

Also...I dont know if this is normal but his little Pee pee is umm sticking out.
