Does anyone use them? Do they have good rates? Would it be better to have a land line with international calling?
I'm so confused about this whole international calling. I want to call my BF who is in Bolivia but I want to get as much for my $.
He called me last Monday, and we were really happy to finally speak. He spent what I thought was too much for a super short (less than 15 mins) conversation. I'm hope he gets internet soon, then we can skype.
