That saddens me so. Kids, who have been abused and neglected at home, are usually the most vulnerable, and they are often happy to receive any attention.
Good for Florida for finding a way to arrest this Colorado citizen, I like their sheriff who says, "Our goal is protect the children." Shouldn't we all be doing that?
