Problem is, as I read in another article, is that if he fights extradition to Florida he may not be extradited unless it is also a crime in Colorado. And apparently the Pueblo police dept checked him out during the controversy and decided he hadn't broken any Colorado laws.
I hope he does get extradited to Florida! (But then, his attorney will probably use "freedom of speech" in his defense)
