Max goes to the vet tomorrow for his follow up exam. I'm crossing my fingers that his eye has healed completely and that I can't stop worrying about this.
I re-read our vet's bio and was reminded that he has a special interest in ophthalmology. While he is not a certified specialist, I am happy that he has received advanced training in the field.
