Welcome to YT yes I agree with everybody it is very important for the puppy to be seen by a vet within 48 hours. Zach threw up in the car on the way home from the breeder also. This is why you should have her checked out by a vet so if something is wrong it can be detected and corrected. Would love to see photos of your new baby when you can.
