My guess is that she spent her entire life in a kennel and not in a house. It's awful she was still being bred at that age. She does not let you know when she has to go outside to potty, because she has probably never lived in a house - I'm just guessing, but I would bet that I am correct. The reason she has no bark is probably because she has been debarked by the breeder - a practice fairly common with puppymillers - a practice I deem as cruel. You will need to be very patient with her. You should probably get some diapers to put on her while you are trying to housebreak her - there are disposable diapers available. She will need to be spayed and has bad breath because she has probably never had tooth care. She may well lose teeth during this procedure if she has never had her teeth cleaned on a regular basis, which I doubt she has had done. I commend you for taking this little girl into your home and giving her a chance to have a nice life.
