I need to find something warmer for Teddy, including a fleece jumper like you were looking at. After all the trouble you had sizing this parka for Jackson, I don't know if I dare try to figure out what would work for Teddy. Seems like everything that fits his chest/waist size is way too short in length. I wish he had the body heat that Max has.
