You know you need to take her to the vet within 48 hours(usually) for a check up. Also make sure you know what two shots the breeder gave.
How old and how much does your pup weigh?
Make sure she is drinking as they can dehydrate quickly.
In any case, mention to the vet today about the nausea, he/she can prescribe something to settle her tummy.
